Jennifer actually helped me buy the property, so when I got ready to sell it, I reached out to her agency again. However, after I was told that she no longer worked for that particular agency (I won't mention its name), a female agent (I won't mention her name either) took over and wanted to list the property at about 10% less than what I actually sold it for. After questioning her initial listing amount, she told me that she had sold 100s of properties and that she knew the market, and if I had wanted to 'quick-sell' it, I'd have to go her route. I eventually dropped her and miraculously found Jennifer working for another agency. After she visited the property, she came back to me with a quote that was higher than the previous agent, but less than mine. Now I'm no expert like Jennifer, but I had a feeling that I could get the home "quick-sold" for the amount I wanted. Jennifer kept an open mind, listened and trusted her customer, and so we listed it. Jennifer had outlined a detailed plan of action in case traction was less than we anticipated. However, that was not needed - we sold the house in the first week! Would I recommend Jennifer? Of course I would. I think a lot of agents don't really have the sellers best interest in mind, but moreso their own. Selling a home a bit under market price gets a fast commission, and allows the agent to quickly move on to the next one, but does nothing for the homeseller. And for some sellers, the return on their investment could make or break them. I think every seller needs to take this into consideration, and you can put your mind at ease by working with Jennifer. Well done!
